Agentic systems
Multi-agent environments, specialist workflows, shared knowledge, approvals, ownership, and production operations.

Applied AI and systems-builder path
I build agentic systems, AI governance, GTM workflows, and operational products. Enterprise selling and leadership are an advantage here: I understand adoption, executive buyers, change management, and the difference between a demo and a system people will use.
An AI trained on his full career — wins, numbers, and honest gaps.
It is instructed to tell you when he is the wrong hire. Conversations are logged.
What I build
The commercial background shows up in the build: start with the business problem, design for adoption, and measure whether the system changed anything that matters.
Multi-agent environments, specialist workflows, shared knowledge, approvals, ownership, and production operations.
Fail-closed permissions, human approval gates, and audit trails built into the system. In real-estate workflows, TREC-aware review and TRAIGA readiness shape what requires human sign-off and what is recorded.
AI systems that improve research, outbound, qualification, reporting, and the handoffs around a revenue motion.
Turning technical capability into a business case, a usable workflow, and an operating model people will follow.
Builds
Every build below is real. Ask the AI about any of them — it knows the architecture and the war stories.
Agentic operations platform with three production environments
Ollie is a multi-agent operations platform with reusable skills, durable memory, application access, and a control plane for three self-hosted production environments. It provisions complete agentic workspaces with dashboards, per-environment authentication, governance, updates, and health checks. Each run has clear ownership, human approval where needed, and an audit trail.
Operational controls, compliance-aware review, and audit trails for agentic systems
The answer to "how do you let agents act without losing control?" Governance is built into the system: role-based access that fails closed, human approval gates for consequential actions, per-run ownership in Postgres, and durable audit trails across three production environments. For real-estate workflows, the same pattern supports TREC-aware review and TRAIGA readiness without pretending software replaces legal judgment.
Two-Model Conversational Assessment Agent
A live AI assessment tool that asks six questions and returns a custom readout. Sonnet handles the conversational turns and Opus generates the final synthesis. I built and evaluated the production workflow in one week, including session controls, cost limits, and deliberately candid recommendations.
The Site You're Looking At Right Now
An AI-queryable portfolio that lets hiring managers ask Claude anything about my background, including questions that deserve a candid answer. Built with an "honest AI" philosophy: the system is instructed to explain relevant boundaries clearly without turning every answer into a self-rejection.
AI Sales Tools + Full GTM Build for SAP Billing Intelligence
Built the AI-powered sales tooling and the entire go-to-market motion for an SAP-certified billing intelligence platform. The AI components are the load-bearing parts: an account scorer that prioritizes outbound by billing complexity and SAP fit, a Trapped Cash Estimator that quantifies leakage from billing delays, and a value-report PDF generator that auto-produces prospect-specific business cases. The GTM playbook (ICP, messaging, sales process, comp model) is what the AI tools sit inside.
InspectionLens evolved into a full inspection-report workflow
A full workflow that turns a home-inspection PDF into a buyer- or seller-specific report. It combines structured issue analysis, repair-cost references, property and jurisdiction context, generated reports, and a role-gated admin view. The same pattern can extend to other document-heavy, rule-aware workflows.
Multi-Tenant Field Service Management Platform
Full-stack platform for field service businesses — replacing the spreadsheets and phone calls that most small operators still use. Built for technicians in the field and dispatchers in the office. Multi-tenant architecture with row-level security so each org's data is fully isolated.
Voice-First Idea Capture App (iOS + Android)
End-to-end mobile app built and submitted to both the App Store and Google Play. Captures ideas with voice, text, or camera — then uses AI to tag, organize, and surface related ideas before they get lost. Sub-500ms voice transcription via Deepgram, Claude API for semantic tagging, offline-first architecture with cloud sync.
Track Record
Enterprise selling, leadership, adoption, and operating judgment are part of the builder profile. Every role is queryable.

How I think about GTM, AI, and the intersection of the two
Most B2B orgs still silo demand gen under marketing. I think that's broken. When pipeline generation reports to the same leader accountable for closing, you eliminate the handoff friction that kills conversion rates.
Read moreThe threat is not simply that AI replaces AEs. It is that a competitor with sharper workflows and better operating visibility moves faster. I build the tools I wanted when I was leading enterprise sales teams.
Read moreEvery candidate site is a highlight reel. I wanted mine to answer hard questions honestly — including "where would you struggle?" and "why did you leave?" If a hiring manager is going to find out, I'd rather they find out from me.
Read moreI led enterprise sales and revenue teams before picking up TypeScript. Learning to build changed how I operate: when a useful workflow is missing, I can test the idea and put a working tool in people's hands.
